Try blowing out the motor housing with commpressed air through the cooling vents as it is running, if that dont quiet it down it may be the bearings are dry and need to be oiled, use 20w 3 in 1 oil in the blue container.

Usually when a vacuum runs ok but gets noisy, it is caused by dirt/grit getting into the motor bearing, and means it is on its way out.

did you unclip the pickup tube and place in the water container, look under the motor assy its a thin tube with a filter on the end. check all hose are clicked in place

Warter coming out of the motor on top when using on wet cleaning my carpet.

It is too full and/or the float is working.
Take the top off and set it away from the tank and run the motor for 10 minutes to dry out the vacuum motor. Check that the float isn't stuck and be sure to empty the tank regularly
