The cd drive on the unit needs to be realigned or needs to be replaced altogether. Call Nintendo and see if your unit is still under warranty. If your unit is not under warranty go to www.wiredextreme.com. We are a console repair company based in Texas that can fix your drive for you. We will give you a free diagnosis on your unit (besides shipping charges). We will call you with an extimate before any work is done on your unit. Any work that is done on your unit also comes with a 30 day warranty, and you can buy up to a 4 year warranty on your unit.
