Paper jams

paper jam. At the exit side of paper, where the inks roll in and out sideway, there is uneven sponge sticking out a little on the left side. I believe it is causing the paper jam. How can it be fixed?

If you have some small twiser like you use to pull those nasty nose hairs, and pull the paper out with that. If that doesn't take a air compressor and gently blow it. A compress air will have some moisture in it and you don't want that to get on to the rollers.
