our brand new electric convection oven, kitchenaide won't heat. we are using it for the first time. Please help

First thing you need to know if your electrican hooked it up correctly It needs 220v to run heaters.if your getting only 120v the lights and all may work but no heat. Second, its under warentee from manufacture for a year. Call them.. If you messaround with it you may void warentee.
