My friend is wanting to scan a document but she

Most word processing programs (microsoft office, open office, corel) have Import funtions. Have her open a word processing program and under "Insert" select "Picture". The next option should be from file or scan (twain). Select 'Scan". She may be directed to select the "Twain" device where she'll select her Epson All in One. Upon selecting her scanner, it should scan her document right into the word processing program. Have her save it as a picture or publish as a .pdf file. Once saved, she can email the file.
