Question about Seagate (ST3160827AS) 160 GB Hard Drive
My pc dosn't recognises the hard drivers
is it a sata or ide (pata) drive? does the bios recognise it yet? if it does then you know you have a software problem which could mean you may just need to partition or format the drive.
if the bios can't even see it then you will need to change the jumper settings on the harddrive to make it compatible with your mother board.
