How do I cancel a print job?

I sent my print job to the HP Deskjet cse 895C instead of to my photo printer in another room. So I just want to cancel it on the Deskjet. I find no where in the manuel to tell me how to do it. I went to the Printers and opened it and said delete job-but it won't. So I just turned off the Deskjet. When I turn it back on, it keeps printing a few weird symbols on pages and pages of paper. I turned it off to make it stop. I need help quick-it is 11 p.m. Tuesday. Thank you so much--
