Inside the fridge part, lokk in all side and you will find a small fan blower, this fan work as a cold distributor inside the fridge, see if thios fun is running or working? if not, have it change

okay this is what you check for, is your freezer back panel covered with ice, if it is then take the panel off and check your heaters for continuity and look at your bimetal thermastat.
another checking point is do you hear the fan running, if not then you need to replace evaporator fan.
