PSPs aren't waterproof electricial devices, so if somehow water manages to get into the PSP, the common sense so to.....
1) Get a new PSP. Can trade in for a new one!
2) Take your PSP to repairs... eg SONY.
..or don't do any of the above, dry out the water out of your PSP as much as you can.
Diss-assemble your PSP as much as you possibly can.
Let the water go away!
When 99.12345678987654321123456789*% (XD) of the water has gone, or when you think it's about time, assemble your PSP back original, see if it'll charge, see if itll turn on.
I highly doubt it!
If that doesn't work, then go to your finally options: 1 & 2!
The first thing you do is to remove the battery and the memory stick.
second wipe your psp if it is wet outside...
third is...(i think it's crazy but at least try this...) put your psp into a bunch of rice that hasn't been cooked yet, because the rice can **** up moist and wait a 24 hours, if it's still has water, wait for another 24 hours...that's all folks!!!

The headphone socket on my PSP-1004 has been pushed in a couple of mm and at a slight angle. It still works but I have no sound out of the speakers or out of the headphone socket. How do I take it apart to see if any of the connections on the circuit board to the headphone socket have been damaged and if so repair them? Thankyou.
