My player all of a sudden just has "ON" in the LED display. I have tried to use the unit buttons and the remote, nothing works, I am unable to eject the tray or turn off the unit; I have to unplug the unit to power off. I even pressed the power, eject and stop button simultaneously as suggested by Sony's website to eject the tray but nothing works. I've had the unit for just under a year.
