If you can see drive in my computer you might be in luck.

If you can eject the drive (My Computer -> right click D: -> click eject) then windows is recognizing it) you might be in luck.

Purchase a CD cleaner (CD with little bristles that will help clean the CD lens).

On the other hand if the drive has no power the only cost effective option is to purchase a new drive.
