My sound is not working says something about

You should try to re-install your drivers for your card. If you can get your desktop window open and right click on my computer and select manage in there you will find the device manager right click on sound video and game controllers and select scan for changes then if nothing happens you can try and delete everything under that and re-scan it should re-install everything, if something comes up with a ? next to it check on the emachines website for the driver and download it and install it, sometimes you may have to manually select the driver from your computer.

This happens on a poorly installed sound card. reinstall the driver and software for your sound card to have your sound working again.
