When start button is pressed, dryer just buzzes.

When start button is pressed, dryer just buzzes. Has worked 3 or 4 times, but its rarely and only occasional. With the fact that it has started it certainly can't be the motor. Have replaced the pig tail, the plug, and the breaker. All electric tests fine. Electrician checked it out and all power is good to dryer.
