Question about Nokia 6300 Cellular Phone
All received calls state No Number... Set memory to phone only (instead of phone and sim) still no ID's come up from incoming callers that phone and are either in or out of my address book. Any ideas please?
Nokia 6300 is a BB5 platform phone of Nokia. It is of operating system. Sometimes this happened due to uncertain shut down of phone and sometimes due to currupted file and file system. First try to restart it, if it doen;t works make backup of your important data and restor phone on factory default by using menu. Afterall only reflashing with new version of software is only the way. Reflashing of BB5 is possible only by skilled technician who have special tool like HWK, JAF, BB5 BOX etc. Ask fixya for nearby serviceman.
