Hi there have you made sure that you have read it correctly as sometimes zeros can be mistaken for the letter O. Try redoing it and changing the zeros for letters O's. If this still does not resolve the issue then a quick phone call to microsoft will help. Sometimes they will provide you with a replacement key free. You can locate their number in your local phone directory.
