have you ever had the inside glass to break, my gps is 13 months old. I received it sept 23,2008 for a retirement gift. This pass weekend I traveled do Detroit. and the glass broke..

lcd's are fragile components and can be broken easy. if you drop the gps or have something fall on it, the force maybe enough to break the lcd.
