Depending on the age of the machine, I would make sure all the shipping bolts have been removed. Otherwise remove the bottom panel and see if the 4 shocks are all intact. Another main cause of issues like this are install....Is it on a main floor, on a pedestal, is it level? Make sure that you are putting enough clothes in it, they don't spin well with small loads. Spin the basket by hand while empty, if the basket feels loose in the tub, or there is a grinding sound, you may need to replace the rear tub and basket. (The rear tub comes with the bearings pre-pressed) The basket and tub may be in warranty, so definitely check that out. Hope that helps.
