I changed the ink in my officejet 7130 and it still says the cartridge needs to be replaced. When I check ink supply it reads that the cartridge is full. It wont align or clean the print heads.
If things were working before you replaced the new ink cartridges, the chances are that the new cartridges are defective. This is common for aftermarket and refilled cartridges. The aftermarket ink has probably clogged the nozzles. The simple solution is to replace the cartrtridges with OEM cartridges, run the nozzle cleaning utility an number of times (suggest 3x) and align the printheads. This should clear your printer problem. Please let me know if this works for you. Thanks.
