I just bought a used Estro Vapore, loo...

I just bought a used Estro Vapore, looks to be in great condition, but had a lot of mineral deposits in the water container and the plastic hose. I cleaned well, tried to run descaler thru, but no matter what I do, it will not push water thru. I can get 1/4 cup to come out the steam wand, but then it stops. I have a Rio Vapore so know how to use it. All sounds are good, just no water.
