If all the input connections are proper and all wires and cables are fully fuctional.....then the tv's color chrominance and convergence circuits are offset, have the sustain boards serviced. If its under warranty take it back.

try this with tv in standby press INFO / MENU / MUTE / STANDBY on remote the tv will come on with manufactures menu you will see RESET use ONLY DOWN NAVIGATION until reset is highlighted and PRESS RIGHT NAVIGATION this will reset all tv settings PRESS STANDBY TO EXIT and then re tune all stations
