Can't keep the projector lamp on. When it shuts off the small red light indicating projector lamp is on. I can get it back on after unplugging the unit but it will not stay on.

remove lamp. put in freezer for 5 minutes. reinstall. when unit comes on go in menu and select lamp settings. reset to zero hours. it fixed mine. every month or two i have to do it again but its better then a new lamp plus check air filter
