Try first this :

Use Ccleaner to remove the junk files and clean the registry. you can get ccleaner here : (is completely safe)

Try Now IF you Program IS Working :O)

IF NOT THEN:
Use revo uninstaller to remove your program, use the default mode and follow the screen (press next and choose to delete all until it says finish).

Reboot the computer and try to reinstall the program.
Try now if it works
