i have a rca f27442 tv and the picture is half gone you can only see the bottom of the tv enev when you put in a movie what is wrong and can it be fix

yes!!!! very common problem. soldering the vertical section and the grounds around the tuner section will fix it. guaranteed fix. for a quick fix, take off back and while tv is on, take the plastic side of screwdriver and tap tap tap the tuner section. see i told you that would fix it.
