My samsung phone samsung schr550 phone make calls but you can't hear anything. I can receive incoming calls but don't hear anything and it keeps saying to remove earpiece when there is no earpiece attached. I can hear the phone ring and ringtones and everything. Internet and camera also works. Can you help me?
