I have the Sandisk cruzer, micro 12 MB. I am having trouble saving thing to there folder, like resume to resume folder. Also when i sync music to it, The songs will not go into one folder (it creates a folder 4 each song)i want to create for them. And my start up menu does not come up all the time. How can I access it anytime?
