My xbox 360 says i don't have arcade games when im offline

my xbox 360 says i don't have arcade games when im offline. whenever i go to the screen where you choose a game, demo, or arcade game to play it says that all of the arcade games i have are trials. I'll even go to my hard drive and on it will be all of my full games and when i go to play them it takes me to the trial. this happened to castle crashers, banjo-kazooie, and geometry wars. portal, for whatever reason, is not effected by this. please help. my internet goes down a lot btw.
