you might try running it in compatability mode ...
locate the program that starts the application .. right click on that program then select "properties" . select "compatibility" tab
checkmark "run this program in compatability mode for"
then select the operating system you know it work under ... that will often work but sometimes not .. if it doesnt .. then select a different operating system .. if nothing works then you have to wait for fixes to come from printmaster ..
