Hello, follow this link to download the manual and the codes for your remotes:
http://www.ofausa.com/remote.php?type=URC4220
just right click and save as on the download links.

if this does not work you can try the search method,
you do this by either holding down the device button eg: TV or if you have one the "magic" button for three seconds, a light should then flash twice to say you have done this correctly.
then press the keys 991 then the power button.
you must now press the channel up key (ch+) possibly upto 150 times while the remote cycles through every code.
Once your tv or device switches off stop pressing the ch+ key and press the power button to make sure it switches back on,
(if you press ch+ too many times you can go back by pressing ch-)
When complete press the magic or device key again to save the settings (light should flash twice to confirm)

Many thanks
Mark

Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Where can I get an orignal remote for the tv

Just look for it at Ebay. If there is an authorized service center for Emerson at your town, you can buy an original remote control from there. If not, buy a universal remote control, which have setup codes for Emerson Brand TVs. For your information, I hereby attaches the codes for Emerson brand TVs. Compare these codes with the universal remote control you want to buy.
Codes for Emerson are: [3-digits]: 004/ 009/ 014/ 023/ 024/ 025/ 026/ 027/ 030/ 032/ 033/ 034/ 035/ 036/ 037/ 038/ 039/ 040/ 041/ 042/ 043/ 045/ 046/ 049/ 053/ 116/ 135/ 147/ 177/ 179

Four digits: 0004 0009 0044 0135 0049 0051 0189 0053 0147 0039 0130 0227 0233 0250 0252 0254 0257 0265 0266 0310 0325 0456 0040 0041 0042 0021 0023 0024 0179 0045 0025 0027 0030 0032 0034 0035 0037
The Brand name of the remote isn't a matter. It should have any of these codes or code groups in its code list [attached with the remote control]. Good Luck.

I am looking for the tv codes for a tvg1307 remote.

:)

You're asking for the wrong thing, you need to be looking for the TV Codes rather than the Remote Codes.

Any remote can work as long as it has the correct TV code for your TV.

You can find the codes here:

    No picture with DVD input

Your going to need the original remote to switch back to AV input in the menu. It should explain in the owners manual how this is done. If you do not have that or cannot find the manual go to a search engine and look up emersom dowmloads it will show up as http://www.emersonusa.ca I think PS dont forget to rate this.
