You are loading too many TSR's ( Terminate and stay Resident ) Drivers and probably a lot of **** that adware and spyware have thrown into your start sequence.You can go to BIOS and change your Boot sequence to 1st CD 2nd Floppy 3rd HD. Put your original CD/DVD into the drive and boot. It will say " hit a key to boot from CD " hit a key. You will boot to operating system where you can go to " RUN " type SYSINFO and change some of the foolish things that are loading. Be aware, do not delete the lines, but put a REM; in front of the line. Just in case you needed that line you can take out the REM
