I can't remeber my code to unlock my phone.

I can't remeber my code to unlock my phone.How would I be able to recover it? My phone number for the phone is 812-454-3945 and its modle number is vx4650.I thought it could have been four of the same number such as;1111 or something like that.I would deeply be greatful if you can help me out.Thanks.

it is usually the last four of the phone number (3945)

if you cannot find it out and it is a verizon phone you can take it to a store and they can take connect it to the pst machine, at whcih point it will give them the code
