My wireless keyboard suddenly is not working, almost all keys. Battery is good and some keys work, but it's not normal

Things to try:
- unplug USB connector and plug in a different USB port if available
- locate wireless reset button and press, type various keys over the next 10-20 seconds
- clean keyboard thoroughly
- reinstall keyboard drivers
- last resort: check warranty and replace keyboard if still under warranty
