my sisters lap top was stolen the police have recovered it and returned it, when she switches it on it asks for password this is before windows starts,the laptop is a toshiba equium a200 and is out of warrenty

- i dont seem to be able to get into the bios ,ive tried pressing f2 and f12 when booting up but the screen comes up asking for password
