Palm Z22 touch screen is totally unresponsive - have tried soft and hard reset
Problem for Palm Z22 Handheld
Palm set to COM1 not serial connection-won't sync
I had to reinstall my Palm software. Now it won't sync. The tech person at work says the connection shouldn't be COM1 because I have my sync cable plugged into the serial port in front. However, he doesn't know how to fix it and they don't support Palm (this is one of the reasons). Does anyone have an idea how I can reset and sync? Thank you.

The best thing to do is to go to the free palm chat service
they offer. I have used this and it worked good for me. Here is a link to the
free chat service. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a Palm
Chat. From there click on the link that says Chat Now and follow the online
prompts. Best wishes...I hope this will help you.
