my monitor has shrunk by an eigth, leaving black on the right side of the monitor, how do I fix it?

- I haven't knowlingly changed anything, it is a X203H LCD Monitor and when I click the menu button I can move around but can't seem to open things up to adjust/change settings - any suggestions

did you change the resolution ?? did you change anything? is it a tube type monitor or an LCD??
