IVE HAD A SAMSUNG YP K3 FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND WHILE I WAS DELETING SONGS OFF OF IT ON THE COMPUTER TODAY IT JUST TURNED OFF. IT WILL NOT TURN ON. EVERYONE KEEPS TALKING ABOUT A RESET BUTTON BUT I CANT FIND IT. PLEASE HELP

If you have windows media player then all you need to do is insert your YP-K3 into the computer then windows media player will show you a bunch of options for your MP3 click what ever suites you. Then rip the C.D to the windows media player. Then click and drag the songs if you want all of them click the first one press shift down on your keyboard then stop when you have all the songs you want then click and drag to the right hand side where it has your YP-K3

Just turn off auto sync in your media player options

Hi I have windows professional on my computer. I cant istall its driver, not even with istallion CD, and cant find on net. Please help me in finding driver

u can try downloading the software from download .com it helps a lot

you cannot download the program unless you have the CD. yeah, same thing happened to me.

hit the reset button at the back of the mp3 player..use a small needle to poke it..it will turn on..it wont erase any sort of data..it worked for me...

I wanted to know if there is anyway i can get an extra cable for this MP3 player since ive lost mine...thnx alot :)

ok well first u hold the rest button for 10 seconds then let it charge on a diffrend computer for 4 hours

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

have you tried it this way ,Plug the unit into your computer with the cord, hopefully you have that, and if you don't have the software that came with it, open Windows Media Player. Click onto the Sinc tab and click on the plus sign next to the music folder of your unit (if the computer has recognized it, that is). Then right click on any song and select delete. Hope this helps.
