When I try to get my pictures from my computer to the frame, all I get is a message that says: "can not copy picture, the memory card is full" but I don´t got anything on my memorycard! help!

Your memorycard might have the lever off/ on protection.
Pls. change the position of the lever and try again.

Try w. alt. memorycard.
Check the port.
