Onkyo - Audio Video issues

Onkyo TX-SR606 Receiver - Issues with both HDMI and optical audio. Haven't had an issue in over a year with it and now sometimes the video works to the TV and sometimes it does not. This issue is from multiple devices...cable box, PS3, etc. I've read many instances of the same issue on the web, but no fixes.
