After I downloaded Mozilla it doesn't launch

Hi Valigirl,
You can still launch the install manually.
If it downloaded to your desktop just double click it.
If you saved it to a specific folder, open up Windows Explorer and get to that folder. From there you can double click it.
If you can't find it, do the download again making special note of the name of the file and its location so you can run it.
Then just follow the instructions on the installation screens.
