I have recently purchased a Jazz Digital Camera

I have searched all over the place for an anwer to this without much luck.

My only suggestion would be to run it in compatibility mode for Windows xp and/or run the compatability wizard.

Click start> help and support > type in compatability wizard and it will bring up a list of options.

Click on compatability wizard and it will open.

Alternatively, find the file on your computer that won't load/run properly, right click and select "properties" then "compatability" tab and you can select what operating system to run it in.

Save your photos and video to the sd memory card in your camera. You can then remove the memory card and use a usb memory card reader to view your photos and videos on your pc. CLICK HERE for information regarding sd memory cards. Good luck with you camera!
