I have a roper dryer,model RES7646KQ2. While I was drying clothes it quit all of a sudden. I went to check on the clothes and I smelled something hot. The clothes were still wet and when I turned the dryer back on, it would not heat up. I have checked the vent and the lint trap they are fine. Any suggestions would be welcome.
