Any way to adjust overscan/picture position? (by 2 users)

Is there a way to adjust the picture position with remote control codes on this model? My visible picture area on this TV has always been noticeably off centre and videos that are underscanned (deliberately or not) to display within the TV's "safe area" have uneven black borders around them (more on the right and bottom than on the left and top).

This is a problem with old home videotapes -- the glaring noise that appears at the bottom of the frame on old VHS tapes tends to be visible at the bottom of the screen.
