Kelvinator fridge freezer is a geiger counter

My Kelvinator fridge freezer is 30 moths old. Never been moved or tipped. Suddenly it is making a lot of 'clicking' noises although seems to be functioning as normal. I have switched kit off overnight and then switched it back on in the morning but to no avail. It is like a geiger counter.
