When I start my desktop it's asking for install a

When I start my desktop it's asking for install a PCI device and audio isn't operating. All is mute. I change the drive and no changes.
The motherboard is a Intel DG31pr. What can I do? Thanks, Grecelp

Go to the following Inetl Support link and download the latest drivers and BIOS. Install them and all should be OK.
