New printer drum won't work

i intalled a new drum into the printer and the status shows that the drum is at 100% but it still won't print anything! Help!!!

If you still have problems then do a PCL Factory Reset by pressing MENU- Select 4 Printer – Press OK to accept - Select 3 Reset – Press OK to accept - Select 1 Reset - Press OK to accept.
