1) Buy a new keyboard
2a) Go to a service center and let them do it
2b) follow instructions from here:
http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/toshiba-satellite-a215/remove-wireless-card.htm

It's a manual for the wireless card removal, but should work for the keyboard as well.
