the picture all of the sudden changed and the color got really saturated and the picture looks like its movig in slow motion and and the pictures run together. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

im not soo sure sorry however i got a question also i have cable however last weekend when i turn my tv on the screen was black however when i turn the cable box on it was working fine i just didnt get any picture why is that
