the problem seems to be the charging box. if the red light goes off relatively quickly after you place the bluetooth in the box then it is not gaining a charge. you have a warranty with this item that you can claim by following the instructions on the warranty card provided in the package.
i am the manufacturer of this unit and a car charger for this unit was never made. any car charger you may find and use with this item would be at your own risk and the item would no longer be warrantied by us.
These instructions should work for pairing your bluetooth device
1. First turn OFF the Bluetooth Headset 2. Place the Headset within a distance of 1 Foot of your phone.
3. Hold down the power key for about 8 seconds until indicator light blinks and starts to alternate between red and blue. This shows it is in pairing mode
4. Set your phone to search for a bluetooth device. 5. Select HFBLU-1K in the bluetooth device list and if required enter the password 1234
Hope this helps. Do let me know how you get on and remember to rate my answer. Thanks.
you do not have to reset it to pair it with another device. you simply have to put the earpiece into pairing mode again as you did with the first phone and follow the same steps you used initially to pair it to the device that broke.
