Buying accessories for diplomat range oven

I inherited a Diplomat double range oven in Burgundy with the house we bought. No idea how old it is but would really like to change the accessories (i.e door handles hob rings) from Brass to Pewter or chrome, wondering if this is possible. We are also missing the plate at the bottom of the oven, under the oven doors and wondered if you can purchase a new one.
