This model number seems to be a special model number for the Packard Bell use. Try using ASTRA32 to find out what the actual model number is and then it'll be easier to find the manual.

Hi ive got a GA-8TRC410MNF-RH Gigabyte mobo from a packard bell IMEDIA MC 2559 PC The mobo's P/N : PB34316801 I got a new case for my son to build a PC for the first time and we got this mobo from ebay...

as far as the SATA prob is concerned your mobo supports sata 2 as per the weblink
