Several months ago we purchased the SR24-H, had it installed by a very competant plumber and electirician, got the correct detergent and we all ready to have clean dishes. Well, in our church kitchen we are still having to handwash everything because the SR24-H doesn't clean! We started scraping and rinsing and have worked up to hand washing in hot soapy water BEFORE putting into the machine. That is not why we spent $6,000! We are not happy. Got any ideas or plans or tricks that might work? Water temps and pressures are right where they should be, what else do we check? I feel like my nect is on the line because I was instrumental in getting this going so we could stop using paper and plastic and become better stewards- but it's not there yet! my rack temp in the rinse is low ( about 153F)yet the booster keeps lifting off on temperature i was told. I think it might be the pressure reducer or The solenoid also seems small too. i don't think it ever ran since the old operators turned the wash temp. up to pass inspection.
